The plain terms that apply when you buy from this site.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we reserve the piece and send an order confirmation. Because each bangle is one of one, we may cancel an order if the piece is no longer available; in that case any payment received is refunded in full.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Product descriptions and certification
We describe each piece as accurately as we can. Natural jadeite varies; photographs are of the exact stone but colour can differ slightly between screens. Certification status is stated per product. Where a report has not been issued, the page says so — we do not claim a report exists when it does not.
Payment
We accept PayPal and bank transfer. Payment must be received before dispatch. We do not store card details.
Returns
The 7-day return policy and 30-day quality guarantee in our Returns policy form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs and design on this site belong to Rissdon Jade or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in Guangzhou, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
