7-day return policy
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, certificates and accessories. We inspect every return on arrival.
30-day quality guarantee
If a piece has a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace or refund it within 30 days of delivery. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, or damage caused by improper care.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send return instructions and the correct address. Please do not ship an item back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. PayPal refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
Because each bangle is one of one, an exchange depends on available stock. Contact us and we will tell you honestly what is available.
