We collect the minimum needed to fulfil an order and answer a question.
What we collect
- Order data: name, email, shipping address, order contents and order notes.
- Contact data: the name, email and message you send us.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) retained by Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal or by bank transfer. We do not receive or store card numbers. PayPal’s own privacy policy applies to the payment page.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with payment providers, shipping carriers and service providers that host this website (Cloudflare). They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. Contact messages are kept until the enquiry is resolved, then for a reasonable period for reference.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Email [email protected].

This site uses browser storage for your cart and no advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set security-related cookies.
