Processing time
Orders are processed within one business day. Each bangle is checked, photographed and packed by hand before dispatch. If a piece needs a grading report before shipping, we will confirm the timeline with you first.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 3–5 business days standard; 1–2 business days express.
- International: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Insurance and tracking
Every order ships insured and with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our atelier.
Customs and duties
Customs duties, import taxes and related fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges vary by country and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
