What does “Grade A” mean?
Grade A refers to jadeite that is natural and untreated — not bleached, dyed, or impregnated with polymer. It keeps the stone’s original colour and structure. “Grade A” is a trade description, not a laboratory grade; the report is what matters.
Are your jade pieces certified?
Not every piece has a report yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. Each product page states the certification status of that exact bangle. Where a report exists, it is issued by a CMA-accredited laboratory and states identity and treatment status. Ask us before ordering and we will send the report or confirm it is still pending.
How do I know the jade is genuine?
Independent laboratory testing is available for our pieces. Where a certificate exists, you receive it with the item and can verify the certificate number with the issuing laboratory. Natural jadeite also has properties you can check yourself: it feels cool to the touch, each stone varies subtly in colour and pattern, and the surface has a glassy luster that treated stones do not reproduce.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and bank transfer. With PayPal you can pay using your balance, a linked bank account, or a debit or credit card. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website; payment details are entered on the provider’s secure page.
How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days by standard shipping, or 1–2 business days by express. Orders are processed within one business day. International delivery is usually 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging, certificates and accessories. A 30-day quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects. Email [email protected] with your order number to start a return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
How should I care for jadeite?
Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaning, and prolonged direct sun or extreme temperatures. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch. With proper care, jadeite can be passed down for generations.
